Sonichka x Whitworth
Sonichka and Whitworth are musicians who play, live, and travel in a converted school bus. They use the back of the bus as a stage (with an acoustic piano mounted on it) to play in parks, markets, and other venues. The pair aims to bring people together with their shared love of music.
Both Sonichka and Whitworth are originally from St. Louis, but met in Austin, Texas, at SXSW. They have their separate music projects, but have joined forces to tour this October following an intensive bus renovation social media series, which they are using to promote the tour.
Their sound ranges from indie rock to singer-songwriter to folk, and they are often described as bringing a joy that is contagious.
